Dough Dressing

Spread this over rolled-out dough to prevent it from absorbing the sauce and becoming soggy. Also tenderizes the dough and adds flavor.

2 Tbs. olive oil (regular, not extra virgin)
1/2 to 1 clove garlic (or 1/8 to 1/4 tsp powder)
1/2 to 1 tsp sugar

Mix all together and spread over rolled-out dough before adding toppings. Poke holes in the dough, if desired, before or after the dressing to prevent bubbles.
