Try this easy recipe for your first homemade dough. Can use all-purpose flour, but try bread flour or high-gluten flour.

Ingredients

3/4 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil (regular)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
2 cup flour (gently packed) or to consistency

Instructions

Mix water, sugar, olive oil, salt, and yeast and wait a few minutes to activate the yeast. Add most of the flour and combine with a spoon. Add additional flour as needed so that it's not sticky, but maintains its shape. Knead by hand or mixer for 10 minutes.
